Phoenicia Holiday Resort, Mamaia

The hotel offers a great suite with stunning views of the sea and Siutghiol lake, alongside a variety of dining options and a clean beach. However, the cold swimming pools and the poorly maintained gym facilities were major drawbacks. Overall, it's a solid choice for a family vacation, but some improvements are definitely needed.

The resort is ideal for families with its numerous pools, direct beach access, and a variety of kids' activities. We enjoyed the spacious apartment and the diverse food options in the restaurant. However, the surrounding guests' behavior could be a bit off-putting at times, which affected our dining experience. Overall, it's a great place for a family holiday, fun entertainment, and good food.

We had a pretty good stay overall, especially because the hotels offered a variety of fun activities for children, making it a nice family-friendly experience. The food was a highlight, with numerous tasty options available at the restaurant. However, we did face a frustrating incident when a beach towel went missing, and the staff's handling of it left a lot to be desired. It soured what could have been a stellar vacation, though the accommodations were spacious and suited our needs.

My stay at Phoenicia Holiday Resort was quite disappointing overall. While it boasted a great variety of activities for kids and the food was decent, the poor maintenance and cleanliness really overshadowed the positives. The rooms were okay but not particularly impressive, and the beach area was a major letdown. Given the price, I expected much better quality and service during my stay.
